Katie Price will not appear in daughter Princess Andre’s ITV series, insiders claim

Reality TV star Katie Price will not appear in her daughter Princess Andre’s upcoming ITV show, according to new reports that confirm her absence from the fly-on-the-wall series focused on Princess’s growing career as an influencer and rising celebrity.

The series, which aims to provide a genuine look into Princess’s daily life, will instead feature her father, singer and TV personality Peter Andre, along with her stepmother Emily Andre and older brother Junior.

A television insider told MailOnline, “Katie will not be in Princess’s show, it’s final. She loves her mum, has a great relationship, but the show is all about her work and home life.”

The source added that the show’s producers were firm about maintaining authenticity, stating: “Television bosses were adamant that nothing was to be ‘staged’ to include Katie as it would not be a real and truthful insight into her life.”

The decision marks a significant moment in the public life of 16-year-old Princess, who has grown up in the spotlight due to her parents’ fame but is now carving out a career on her own terms. With a substantial social media following and increasing interest from the entertainment industry, Princess is poised to step out of the shadow of her famous parents.

While Katie Price’s absence may raise eyebrows, it reflects a broader shift in focus from the high-profile drama often associated with her television appearances. The show is said to centre on Princess’s personal and professional journey, offering viewers a behind-the-scenes look at how she balances teenage life with the pressures of public attention and online fame.

The move also highlights the evolving dynamic within the Andre family. Peter Andre has been a vocal supporter of his children’s aspirations, recently praising both Princess and Junior for their talent and work ethic. The inclusion of Emily, Peter’s wife and a qualified doctor, further reflects the stable family environment that will reportedly be depicted in the show.

Princess has already started making red carpet appearances, most recently joining her father and brother at the London premiere of Mission: Impossible, signaling her growing presence in the entertainment world.

Although Katie Price will not feature in this new project, her supportive relationship with her daughter remains unchanged, sources say. The decision appears to be rooted more in creative direction than family tensions, as producers aim to showcase Princess Andre’s independent path in the world of fame.
